Franklin Villa has four uniquely styled guest rooms and offers a range of bed configurations to suit your needs.
Each room includes flat screen TV with DVD player, luxurious linen and duvet, air-conditioning, mini bar and tea and coffee making facilities.
Laundry facilities are available.
All guests have unlimited access to the billiard room and lounge area which has a plasma television with Foxtel and a computer with free broadband internet (including wireless connectivity to your laptop). You also have a fully equipped kitchen, wrap around balconies and 20 metre heated lap pool.
Our rack rates are $375 per night per room and are subject to change during peak holiday periods and special events taking place in Brisbane at Owner/Managers discretion.

Internet rates range from $149 per night (Blue and White Rooms) to $199per night. (Master and Loft Rooms). All room rates are based on 2 Adults and any additional guests over 12 yrs are at an extra cost of $20 per adult.Children are an additional $10 per child.
We are located 250 metres from the West End Cafe and Restaurant precinct. (The Coffee club Café Tempo,Tukka,Lock and Load, Rumpus Room , Lychee Lounge, Uber Nightclub, The Melbourne Hotel and many more). The house is within walking distance of Southbank, The Convention Centre and the CityCat Ferry.
