Franklin Villa can host morning, afternoon and evening functions, with guest capabilities up to 60 for a sit down meal, through to 110 for a stand-up function.

Drinks service is BYO, which offers an affordable option when catering for your event with corkage at $3 per head.

Please note due to noise restrictions and the potential to disturb our guests, any evening functions that will proceed past 8pm are required to also hire all rooms in Franklin Villa. A special functions-only rate is available to all our event hosts, and this is often a fabulous way of hosting traveling guests and event hosts, friends and family. This includes one nights accommodation for all four rooms, which can accommodate up to 10 Adults.
